So far, in the third quarter of this year, NAND flash memory is still in a state of tight supply, mainly pellet plant for the transformation of 3D technology at a slower pace, less than expected.Sustained growth and market demand, strong, resulting in nand flash memory in short supply.   

         However, according to the latest reports, NAND flash memory market next year will reach a steady state.Among them, the capacity will increase 42.9% of the supply side, and the demand side, growth forecast at 37.7%.

       Now in 3D flash memory, Samsung had switched the most well, are already at the beginning of the Q3 production 64 layer stack, and other manufacturers of 64 or even 72 layer is still need to be born in 2018.

       It is understood that in the next year, all of the 3D flash and 3D flash proportion is expected to sell up to 70%, including Samsung expects 60% ~ 70%, SK hynix estimated 40% ~ 50%, Toshiba, Micronand Intel is expected to 50% and 40% ~ 50%.

      This can be expected, 3D flash supply is being balance ,SSD will gradually tend to be steady development, the market will price of SSD is not big fluctuations in growth.
