Micron today announced a new generation of NVDIMM - N memory chips, the DDR4 DRAM memory and NAND flash memory fuses in together, not afraid to lose power.

NVDIMM -n means it is N type, use NAND flash memory to do data backup in case of electricity, plus NVDIMM -f, pure using flash memory.

Micron's the new SLC NAND memory comes with 64gb, one thousand with electricity or signs of power, the onboard the FPGA will start immediately, will all data transferred to the flash memory.
During power cuts, it can use the power cord connecting external AGIGA PowerGEM capacitance to maintain power, or by 12 v DIMM slot by batteries.
Micron's is currently in trial-produce 32gb NVDIMM - N, but did not say when mass production.
