We got news from Hong Kong DHL that from now on all the goods ship to USA or Canada (send to personal address and the value is less than 1500 EUR ).DHL will use a new shipping way called Secured Delivery Area. It means if there is no person there to receive the package, DHL will put the package outside the door or leave it in your mail box.If you check online it will show “finished delivery” and note that it is “SDA” but no have information of the receiver online.if the good lost, DHL will not take the responsibility. So we suggest customers to use company address for shipping goods.
